• 90% refund if cancelled before 10 days scheduled arrival.
• 50% refund if cancelled before 05 days of scheduled arrival
• No refund if cancelled less than or equal 05 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• In case of any date change, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
• Days for cancellation rule will be calculated excluding cancellation request day and Check-in day
• Cancellation Requests received after 6 PM will be considered on the next working day.
• GST shall be charged as applicable.
• Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set.
• Organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.

Note: Bookings generated due to any technical error or website glitch are subject to review, and the company may, at its discretion, offer alternative options based on availability or issue a refund.

• Smoking within the premises is not allowed
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the property premises.

• The property is Elderly-friendly/Disabled-friendly
• Bed height is not accessible
• The entire unit is not accessible by wheelchair
• The property has a wide entryway.

Pet(s) Related

• Pets are not allowed.
• There are no pets living on the property

ID Proof Related

• Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
• Office ID, PAN Card and Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s)
• Local ids not allowed
