  • 100% Refund if cancelled 40 days prior to scheduled arrival date
  • 80% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 20 days prior to scheduled arrival but less than 40 days prior to scheduled arrival date
  • 50% refund, if cancelled more than or equal to 10 days prior to scheduled arrival but less than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival date
  • No refund, if cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival
  • In case of any date change ?1500/- per cottage + 18% GST will be charged. (Rate difference shall be levied)
  • Days for cancellation rule will be calculated excluding cancellation request day and Check-in day
  • Name or Date Change will be treated as cancellation only.
  • Cancellation Requests received after 6 PM will be considered on the next working day.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or refund will be processed.
